Job Description :

Hamilton Aquatics is looking to hire passionate and highly enthusiastic Part time - Swimming Teachers to inspire our local and expatriate communities in the Middle East. We have roles available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with hours available after school and on the weekends predominantly.

Requirements for the role:

  • UKCC Level 2 Teacher of Aquatics qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience in teaching Adult & Child classes is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment, able to respond appropriately & professionally to everyone you interact with in all manners.
  • An up to date Lifeguard qualification compliant with local standard. (If you do not currently hold the relevant qualification, you may be able to complete your qualification with Hamilton Training ahead of applying for the role.)

The position is part time. We request that you commit to a term of teaching as a minimum to offer continuity to the swimmers.
Salary is hourly (location dependent). You will be paid for attendance at staff training sessions.

  • To ensure that all venues are provided with the appropriate rider in advance of each event.
  • To generate a gross profit and loss report for each competition, including a variance analysis report against the budget.

  • To complete any duty that is deemed necessary by the Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of Hamilton Aquatics competition.
